After trying to update software from SE website the phone will not power on. I now discover the phone should have been debranded before doing this. My computer recognises it as a USB device but will not install drivers or access memory card. I downloaded xs++ which gives me the following information about the phone:

XS++ hangs after this,

Not at all. If you connect the charger the red LED comes on for about 45 seconds and goes out but does charge the phone. The computer recognises a usb device is connected, SE website can see it but says it has the latest software and xs++ recognises it as a k750 but thats as far is I can get. It's been to 2 shops where they assured me their software can force the software back on, however, on returning to collect the phone I find them k750 in one hand, scratching their head with the other!

TMS has a phone recovery option but wont let me use it as I have no account and can't see how to set one up.
What firmware do I need and where can I download it?

Re-installed xs++, doesn't hang anymore but still no joy as I can't find the firmware to download, the ones I can need membershps and credit but no option to sign up, HELP!
