Hi There,
My K850 touchscreen completely died, it is not responsive at all to any key presses no matter how light or heavy the pressure is. Does anyone else run into this problem, and how was it fixed? I took it back to the store, and they kind of put some more pressure on it, which fixed it for a bit, but then it broke again. So frustrating!

He meant the three touch keys.

maybe he did mean touchscreen.. that's probably why it don't work so well. Try aiming for the 3 white lines only, not the screen
unless the touch pads really died

Sorry I meant the touchpad. Normally I get pretty good accuracy with it, but one day it just completely stopped working. Well at least I now know that you can press "1" or "2" to get past the flight or phone mode menu. After that your phone is pretty much limited to dialing and answering.
How common exactly is the problem? Does anyone know exactly what parts are needed so when this happens again I can fix it myself (especially after the warranty expires)
