Is it just me or is the SE Fastport poorly designed/unreliable? By the time my W800 was around 8-10 months old the fastport started playing up. i.e. Sound would not come through one Speaker and I had charging issues. The Fastport was replaced under warranty. Now, my K800 is around 8 months old and I have the same problem - I need to wiggle the headphone adaptor to get sound through my right earphone, the charger needs to wiggled to charge - sometimes it stops charging at night, and the usb connection is also affected in the same way. Has anyone else had this problem?

Yes-it is very clean. It's definitely the fastport at fault as charger, headphones and earphones will all work if I wiggle the port and hold connectors in a certain position.

While mine isn't as bad as yours, I do have similar problems with my V630i (K618i).

It never stops charging once I get it going, but I do sometimes have to give it a bit of a wriggle to get it started. I don't find it too annoying though. Either you have very bad luck with fastports or you might need to be a bit more careful with them

If you take the plug out, bend it a little downward and it plops out without any force

It's the "block" that you connect on the fastport that fails.
I need new earphones every year because the port on the headphone fails.
edit: well i buy one of those penis 3.5mm attachers
