hi im looking for a program that can shrink the size of a movie so i can put it on my mobile, does anybody now a program that can do this, which is preferbly free

heres a thread mate it will have all the best encoders and setups
i suggest m3 (its the best and most people here recommend it)
the other encoders are pretty good too like jet audio (my 2nd favourite)
