Try to recalibrate your batterymeter.
Use your phone till it shuts off because battery is empty.
Take the battery out for a 5 minutes.
Put it back in and charge it.
Hopefully it's solved and the phone charges till 100% now

@bezz - I did NOT know that BATTERY can be calibrated matey . . .

How's that ?
I just made NOTICE that OVER-charging of batts is possible . . . I mean if the normal charging time is (usually) 1.5 hours (drain to full) . . .then you charged it for MORE than that, say 2 to 2.5 hours . . . the battery ICON after the charge will NOT be in FULL anymore . . .

Not the battery but the meter that measures. Give that a try to reset.
It never went higher than 99%, that's what he says.
Not that the phone was to long on the charger and then it drops.
He lets us know if it worked.

My K850i and a few others on this forum does the same thing so I'd put it down to a bug in the software.

Did the 038 FW do that?! I only got like 2%, but I am on 037.

Yes had no battery issues until I updated, now the battery lasts a day + less even after Ive chopped all power draining things back and the reading in phone status is out of sync with the green meter.

the batters will reach its best performnce after certain time, after the second week ( usually in 2 monthes ) u can also discharge your battery once in a month, that also helps to get a good standby time
