> Awful problem with W580

My W580's GPRS connection remains ON!!! Despite I turn off the connection, it turns on by itself after some moments.
Another big problem is that when a call is received, sometimes the ring tone is played but most of the time it vibrates without the ring tone. The profile is set for ring tone only.
Can anybody help me............please?????

u should make a fw upgrade or flash it again with the same fw. did u try already seus?

I tried to update using the update service in the phone but no update available.
