I've downloaded the XS++ 2.2 but it can't recognize the phone K850i, I use the cable which comes with the phone

the k850 is a db3510 phone and it is not supported as coquito said. phones supported are db2010 and db2020.

if you want to debrand it from an specific operator you should pay for it. setool, davinci and wotan can do this for a fee.
