I'm new here so first off, hey. I know someone that has just started working in o2 and i'm gonna be able to get the staff discount of 30%
I was just wondering if anyone knew how this worked? Do I buy the phone and then get the discount applied or do i need to get it applied whilst buying the phone?
Also does it matter what tariffs i choose? i.e. instore or online?

You get discount on the online tariffs. It's all done instore so ypu get the phone and contract at the same time. Enjoy your discount.

you can do staff tariffs over the phone too, they may ask for the employee number of the staff before you go any further.
