Hi. Could someone please recommend a good and free piece of software to convert my .3gp movies into .avi/.wmv

Im using either Alive Video Converter OR Total Video Converter.
TVC have a bit more features and more filetypes but AVC works wonders for converting 3GP to .wmv (wich i allways convert my clips to).
