> Help with sony ericson z710i locked to fido

I have a sony ericson k710 which is from fido and i would like to use it with my rogers plan. When i put my rogers sim card in the phone a message shows up that says insert correct sim card. i have already taken it to a rogers store to get unlocked but that did nothing. I'm all out of ideas please help
