im new to p1i and i would like to ask ,
i noticed that everytime i will create a message
when i will type the first word i need to hit first the ALT button so that the character will change to Alphabet.
is it possible that the default settings everytime i will create a message that i will not hit the ALT button always?
also regarding the calendar, is it possible that the sunday is the first day instead of monday?

it goes back to 123 mode because you probably typed a number since your last text message. also, i noticed that using the keypad lock returns it to 123 mode. if you don't do either, then it should stay in abc mode.
for the calendar starting date, it's buried deep in the menus! go to Control Panel - Device - Time & Date, then click More and Set workdays. They could have made it much simpler...
