if u r only considering PC suite , then go to Sony Support site as it has the latest version 3.1 while the CD comes with v3.0.

If you want the drivers:
http://ma3.extranet.sonyericsson.com/drivers/
If you want the Flash drivers, download SEUS and find the .zip in \update service\setup\drivers\USBFlashDriver.zip
