Wy is it forbidden to use cell broadcast in sweden and norway work all over the globe some body know i like cellinfo

Do you mean even normal users are allowed to 'broadcast' messages over a network. Here in India only the operator uses Cell broadcast. It is inactive at the end users' side.

You can actually find in some areas in Sweden where for example Telia uses cell info but if it's ment to be or not I don't know (or the last technician on the site maybe just wanted to have some fun).
