Has anyone been able to record FM Radio on the P1i?

Sorry to say: Not Possible at the moment. may be someone release an application to Record Radio on P1.
BTW, on the P1 proto type, there was an option to record Radio, may be in future we will have this as a Firmware Update.

Actually it is whether there is software to record from speaker card. Anyway, when you use TrackID in FM radio, you are already using the recording function.
