Where abouts on the vodafone website can you gat WAP,MMS, Internet settings sent OTA - for any handest? Or am I missing the obvious?

I have that page already tho. Basically I'm testing an java app on several handsets on several networks and i need the OTA settings, eg:

http://www.o2.co.uk/services/ota4/select

it's only vodafone and three I can't track down..

any of your help would be greatly appreciated..
