Hello, my phone sometimes when viewing pictures does this as I show on the picture, anyone knows the reason why?

if that pic is saved to phone memory, i don't know the reason.

i've seen this problem, but with a k310. the phone has a horizontal stripe at the top of the taken picture. try to upgrade your firmware.

I had this problem once... With my k800 converted to k810... Anyway formatting the card and new firmware solved the problem.
