I decised to treat myself to one of these so-called "luxury" leather carrying cases for my K790a. I bought a Classic Urbano Large horizontal pouch, the only one that fit (and it admittedly fits very well for a "universal" case), dark brown with black insert (great color choices and combinations, I must say) + belt loop.

I couldn't be more disappointed. I feel ripped off.

Production took twice as long as stated on their web site, with no explanation or contact thereof.

The leather has a cardboard-like stiffness. After about a week, the flap has creases in it where it has to bend to close - it really is like trying to bend cardboard.

The inside is unlined/unfinished (and no option to add this). This alone makes the purchase price unjustifiable.

The magnetic closure is terrible. It's way too small, making it hard to close the case without looking. Vaja stupidly places the "tab" of the magnetic snap on the flap, instead of the body, of the case. The phone always snags this tab when trying to take phone out and put it back. Good thing I have a screen protector on my phone, or the screen would have a nice groove in it from this. And after 2 weeks, this same snap tab is starting to come loose from the flap.

Finally, the brown finish is wearing off on the inside of the case where it contacts the edge of the phone. Which makes no sense, because that area of the phone is smooth and rounded... and the phone fits with some looseness inside anyway. So this is totally inexcusable.

This case is overpriced, overhyped junk and I'm going back to Covertec. Their cases are made of pliable, durable leather with a nice soft lining inside. The closure is nice and big, with the tab on the case body where it doesn't get in the way of anything. They don't have the best color choices, but they're getting better, and are certainly "good enough" for now. Especially since they cost half as much, maintain good stock, and ship immediately after purchase.
