Install the PC Suite, Run it, Connect your Phone in "PHONE MODE". Wait until System finishes installing the Drivers, When the PC Suit Says your phone is Connected, Press the Synchronize Button. This will copy the Contacts and Appoinments in your phone to the Contacts and Appoinments in your Outlook or Outlook Express on the Computer. You can Costamize the Settings by pressing the the littele "+" Button next to the Sync Button.
