I get an error when trying to run SEUS, It says I have an incompatible version installed.

I tried to install the latest flash player but didn't help?

Any suggestion as to what could be causing this error?

if you're using WindowBlinds switch to default Win skin and remember to install FlashPlayer from IE

No I don't have WinBlinds, I have installed the latest Flash player. I don't use IE, I use Firefox. I'm now getting this error on two machines now. The full error is

Application Error

Incompatible Macromedia version. Required version available from http://www.macromedia.com. Application will terminate.

I have used the SEUS on both machines before, trouble free?

Flash Player must be installed from Internet Explorer if you want to run SEUS.

So are you saying SEUS does not work with Firefox?

Exactly. It will not work when using Firefox. You just have to run IE and install Flash Player. IE doesn't have to be set as your default browser.

If all the above suggestions fail, go inside \Windows\system32\Macromed\Flash and run FlashUtil9e.exe (or any relevant latest version). It will update your Flash Player, then SEUS should run without problem.
