hi, is there a setting to change the default SMS storage place for incoming SMSs? My phone (P1i) moves EVERY incoming SMS to the SIM... Can I change that?

Not that I know of, all messages should go to the phone memory - never directly to the sim, you are supposed to have to manually move them there.

You could try updating you phone to the latest firmware, I believe there is a new (r6g04) out soon.
