Hi all

I tried to change my phone name by that way. After I did it, my track ID didn't work no more. So I wanted to go back, but unfortunatly, using far manager, I deleted a file called "customize.xml" and now when I try to restart my phone, instead of asking me the pin code there is a screen saying "configuration error. please contact network operator or service center".

I search through the web a solution or an original file "customize.xml", but I didn't find nothing.
I also tried to re-flash through SEUS, but it didn't brought any solution.

So can anyone of you please help me?

My K810i was originally orange france branded, And I debranded it with wotan.

It's now R8BA024 CID52, and I just can't remember if it is Generic Europe 5 or Generic Europe 2

Thank you very much for the new link. Anyway I could repair by using another file, coming from a scandinavian custpack. I think there is not so much importance about which region it comes, as I didn't find anything changed after repairing my mobile.
