well i had this problem on my k750 but figured it was because the cable & phone were over 2 years old.. but now i got a new k850 and new DCU-60 cable with it and im getting this shitty **** problem 50% of the time.
Either it comes up with "The device could perform faster when connected to a USB 2.0 port", but it is... or "USB device not recognized". I have to reconnect the phone 5x and try different USB ports to get it fixed.
This also happens at my other computer and with the old DCU-60 cable from my k750.
The connector is clean and so is the fastport on my k850, well atleast to the eye.
Also, sometimes it'll just disconnect even though i havent even touched it.
Any solution or am just ******?
thanks

Its because either your computer doesnt support USB 2.0 or its disabled from the bios.

U probably got a broken cable or maybe a damaged fast port due to the way u fix and remove ur charger, headset and all. Just find a way to keep it steady while u're connecting to a pc. I've been living like dat for months and I've been fine, lol. Good luck.
