This WORKS. I have been able to control my PC with my T300 and DBA-10 Bluetooth adapter (Mitsumi).
Basically you need to download FMA from
http://eflame.com/fma/
there are lots of posts on this software! Try it out, it should also work over IRDA or cable!
Once you install it, in preferences make sure to select Serial as your connection, and use the Port defined by your bluetooth software as the Bluetooth Modem (not serial!).
