This is driving me nuts!
Has anyone managed to get the RSS app in P1i to download articles and, more particularly, audio or video feeds automatically.
All I get when I "update" my RSS channels are headings, never the real thing. If I want to see the actual article I have to go "More...Read More" which then opens the browser and goes online. If it's an audio or video podcast that only takes me as far as the host page, not the podcast itself! Very annoying; the whole point of RSS on a mobile device is to load up with content when connected, then browse at leisure with or without connection.
By contrast, my Sony PSP happily downloads Sky video news, for example, when it updates using exactly the same feed.
What am I doing wrong???

I think your issue is that you're not using Escarpod, the UIQ podcatcher. You can find it at the Bergamot Project website:

Hmmm. I think you're probably right. I'm experimenting with Escarpod now, but it's rapidly filling up my 4Gb memory stick because I can't find a way to limit it to, say 3 episodes, or 2 days' worth of feeds!
Just another SE irritation, I guess.
