> Change Menus on Front Screen

Hello All
I have noticed throughout the site that people who have a W960i have got different front screens (the first main screen with the menu button and clock etc..) how do you manage to change the 3 icons at the bottom of this screen.
Basically where i have 'Vodafone Live' 'Main menu' and 'Expand' how do i remove these icons and replace them with my own without going all the way through the menus or by clicking expand? Can this be achieved only by creating your own theme using se theme creator? it would be good to know.

go to tools/control panel/device/standby application.
change to business.
go to home screen, highlight icon you want to change, select more, replace and pick a new shortcut.
