I was typing a txt message on my k850i when suddenly the screen flashed white and restarted.
Now I cannot access my txt messages, although my contacts are fine.
Currently using the firmware that came on the phone (first version with o2).
Any ideas how I could return the message folders to normal?

I just had the same problem as you described. The only way to fix mine was a master reset. If that doesn't work I searched that you gotta flash your phone.

I did a settings reset but it didn't help.
Then I completed a full master reset and everything is back to normal
