i suggest once again m3, As PeterKay has mentioned it too:)

as quite a few other people will aswell tell you to use this application

also use my screenshot example to set the resolution and quality:) (the screenshot is just a guideline:) )

the download links are abit below the screenshot:) in the k850/w910 thread
