Hey,
This is my 1st post and I just found this forum so THANKS to everyone in advanced.
When I get a pic via a text message SMS the pic is the size of a postage stamp. I dont remember how it was on my P800 lol since its been a while. I had a nokia 7710 and the pic would open fullsize later.
I have tried to save the pic and do everything but the P1 resizes it to a thumbnail size.
Any suggestions how to change this so I can get fullsize pics??
Thanks again
Kevin

@ pluto459 -- I assume you are actually talking about MMS, not SMS. If so, then I have a similar problem with my P990. What network are you on by the way? I am on T-Mobile USA. Whenever I receive a picture message, the image is downsized to a max of about 96X120 pixels and the file size is only about 6 KB. I've tried my SIM in other phones and it receives the picture in the correct size. So it must be something on SE's end I assume. I posted this question in the forum months ago if you want to try searching for that. I'm on my mobile right now, so I can't really look for it. But it seemed that many other users had the same problem, although there were also plenty who weren't affected. I've tried all different settings and can't get it to work. I didn't have the problem with my P910. Sorry I can't provide a solution, but at least you know you're not alone. If anyone does have an answer, please let us know!

Fullsize pics can't be transferred via MMS. That's why the respective MMS wirter resizes them when composing a message.
It's just like with e-mails - you've got an attachment file size limit.
