Faster than my old 2gb, works 100%. 18 seconds when you turn on the phone, and the limit of displaying at most 4gb in "Phone status" and thats all. Firm r1bc002, Sandisk original M2. Iīm a happy guy.

ok, i can say that it is the same with a p990(also uses mspd). though i'd rather buy an 8gb mspd which i think is cheaper than a m2.

No man, my old 2gb ProDuo was slower than my new M2 8gb. I think they are not the same speed.

Some number here.
My old blue Sandisk stick Pro Duo is 1.9 M/s reading-2.5 writing, new M2 is 10,8-3.8, so if you compare it, the phone is faster now with 8gb than with old Pro Duo 2gb.
Speed ratio is 5,68 storage ratio is 4, so the phone runs 45% faster than before, if you consider it as a linear function. In other words, M2 8gb works like 1.4 MSProDuo in terms of speed, installed in the phone.
