I can't get my phone to send or receive MMS messages, can anyone help?

If I go to Control panel > Messaging > MMS account
The settings are:

Service center address:
http://mmsc.mms.o2.co.uk:8002

Internet account:
O2 WAP GPRS

Auto download:
Home only

Download size:
No restrictions
