The phones are a long time away, so no good asking when they are available.
.
However Ericsson Mobile Platforms (who provide the hardware platform for SE phones) has just announced their U500 platform.
It includes hardware support for:
12 Mpix camera
Camcorder (MPEG4, H.264
D1@30fps)
TV-out
Mobile TV (MBMS, DVB-H, Unicast)
WVGA displays
Advanced 3D gaming
3D user interface
WLAN 802.11
Wireless USB (UWB)
High speed USB
Quad-band WCDMA radio
7.2Mbps downlink and 5.76Mbps uplink HSPA

The platform itself is not available until 1st half 2009, so any phones built on this hardware will not be available until end 2009 probably.
And of course the phone model itself might not provide all of the features (this is just the platform).
But it is nice to get a glimpse of what lies in the not too distant future
