A girl i know has a k800.When she trys to turns it on nothing happens.The battery is charged.All that happens is a red light flashes where the infrared port is.Can anyone help please?

you need to repair the erom on the phone. make sure the battery is charged fully in another phone b4 u attempt this

it needs a reflash.
