Aside from the official SE site, where can i download them? the language packs posted there seem to work for only a certain firmware version... or am i mistaken?

thanks. =) can i use this too for non-SE UIQ phones? i also have a Motorola Z8 that i'd like to add language packs to.

EDIT: just tried it and refused to install on my Z8. =(
