is upgrading k800 to k850 advisable?
well one factor that i really like is the trackid menu...
second is the A200 platform...
5mp is no longer big deal for me...
need advice/suggestion

Well, if 5mpx is no big deal, than K800 that you have is very good. Just check on the few topics about K850i and you will understand why.
