> Unlock W710i?

I recently purchased a w710i as a gift for my mother however the phone is locked to suncom usa. Ive contacted my usual unlock services however they have been unable to unlock it. Does anyone have any suggestions or know of a placed that can unlock it. Apparently the problem lies in the fact that suncom usa was the service provider.

As far as i can tell none of them are able to unlock a w710i only upgrade the fw or silence the camera, i could be wrong, but thank you. Any other suggestions?
