That depends whether you have done a Patch unlock or a full unlocking ie CSCA activation.

Remember there is no patch unlocking for DB3150 ie A2 platfrom ie K850i W910i etc, if these are unlocked then its only permanent unlocking and hence SEUS update wont lock it.
If you have done it for a db2020 ie patch unlocking seus update will lock it.
