> K790i freeze during call or while charging

My k790i freezes in the middle of a call, or when charging. I can hear a sort of scratching noise in the middle of a call and then it freezes with the key board lights flickering on and off, and then it goes blank or WSOD. Removal of battery and a 5 min wait and it works fine till the next time. Could this be an electrical lose connection or a software fault ? Only new software installed is Opera Mini.

The 'Update Service' in the phone says I have the latest version.The version is 'CXC1250477 R1KG001070418
