Anyone notice the lagginess? See the part when she press the clock and nothing happens till 2 sec later. Typical symbian? Hopefully the final product is not laggy

I agree with NightBlade, it is indeed graphically stunning!!
And what innovations they've achieved! "Press the clock to go to clock settings", woooooooooow. I wonder how long this feature (and many, many alike) have been part of UIQ. And lol, how laggy is this?? It's even running on a larger PC with better hardware than phones.

Ahan, so if we run a symbian on a PC, it will run a lot faster? Are you even remotely technically informed? Its not optimized to run on a PC. They dont even have a phone to run the OS on yet and here we are complaining about how laggy it is.
Dont forget nokia didnt kiss any body's ass, like SE did to HTC, to come up with the touch UI. XPERIA is a result of HTC's expertise and their expertise alone.
Oh i forgot, MS was also involved.

Yep, I do have lots of technical knowledge, but your comments made me unsure if you do. HTC created XPERIA, eh? Ah ok, almighty know-it-all. XPERIA is a product of SEMC, and not HTC.
Oh, and even if it's not optimized to run on a PC, surely even some of the most worst equipped PC's (like 512 MB RAM, 2 GHz) should be better equipped than, say, a N95 8GB with its 128 MB RAM and 330 MHz. And if it's not optimized to run it, why even bother?

That, sir, is complete rubbish.

SE alone DID NOT make Xperia, get it? And why even bother with Windows Mobile? What happened to the almighty rubbish UIQ? Suddenly its not good enough to be on their top offering?
Secondly, a PC processor WILL NOT handle a mobile OS in an equally efficient way as a mobile processor will. Nokia hasnt even given a release date for a TS phone and here you are already concluding what a rubbish TS it will be.

QVGA,
Do your homework. XPERIA is the name of the brand and the software to operate with nine home screens. Not the phone.
Why use WM? You do know that it's several times more flexible than both S60 and UIQ, don't you? Well, there's your answer then.
As said, crappy thing to say that a PC CPU won't handle a mobile OS.
