> My unlock code doesn't work

I got my letter from virgin mobile explaining how to unlock my handset.
I've pressed
I then have only one option, SP with a picture of a padlock (closed)
I enter here and it asks for the number in the letter
When i enter the number and click ok it says not allowed and closes
I've done this twice now and it hasnt worked, i dont want to keep trying it in case i permanently lock the phone, can anybody tell me where it's going wrong?

You have totally 5 tries after which it wont accept any code.
Try to call customer support and find out.
Which phone by the way?

if it says 0 next to the padlocks then someone has tried to guess the code 5 times and got it wrong, nothing you can do in this case, you won't be unlocking it by code...
is this the case?
