I saw some videos of its interface and i must say, it looks extremely vibrant, juicy and full of little perks. The themes, the animations all looked very very nice indeed! Heck it even allows you to make your own theme! It might even be better than SE's A200 which IMO has now bored the hell out of me.
What say you?

^^ Bored? i don't think U900's UI would beat A200. samsung has still lots of thing s to learn from SE in this aspect

and an incredible interface? just because you saw it's animating? i don't think so.

I don't think so.
And besides, I hate that touch-D-pad with all those animations and stuff. I mean, I have to look at my D-pad in order to know what I'm selecting... and it's changing all the time! And it's touch-screen, which makes it even worse.
I ask Samsung: What's wrong with regular D-pads?

the interface on samsungs has always been vastly more stable and reliable than any sony ericsson. SE have got a lot to learn from samsung.
i've always preferred the UI on samsungs because it does the job without any messing about.

multi tasking is the best in
any A200 phone can beat the other java phones of samsung, nokia and moto in terms of multi tasking
and that is one of the hallmarks of a good UI - to allow doing multi tasks without the clutter

@djin:

Yes! a very definite yes! its even possible in the a100 platform of k750/w800.
has been doing it for the past three years! imagine, its only now that the others are catching up.

Can your samsung java phone play mp3s, run a game in the background, send a message, compute using the calculator and connect to the internet at the same time? in my w900, it is possible lol

in nokia, opening a java application (calculator for instance) stops the music player. the latest series40 FP5 cannot handle multi tasking yet .

java phones are master multitaskers.
