> Question about Orange upgrades

This question can probably be answered by FatReg. Years ago i used to have an Orange contract and they always used to let customers do an early upgrade at amy point but they charged you for the phone plus a very hefty upgrade fee. Do they still do this or has the policy changed over the years. I used to do it so often i had huge bills and never thought about what i was doing. O2 also did it for a while but they stopped it i think.
