> Help with k550i (flashing white screen)

so i went to transfer a file from my phone to my laptop and the usb just disconnected all of a sudden.... i look at my phone and its flashing a white screen.... i try to connect to the computer with the usb with no avail i try to turn it on but it just vibrates and flashes white like.... is there anyway to fix this?
any hel is appreciated

the phone wont connect to my laptop tho it connects for maybe 5 seconds then just disconnects itself
