hey, ive just got a new w960i on vodaphone... im having some problems...

it seems everytime i charge it overnight it seems to switch itself off for no reason at all... i wake up in the morning and its turned itself off????

and secondly... it seems sometimes for no aparant reason it will stop recieving/sending calls, for example if i try and call out it will not connect and if someone trys to call in, it will go straight to voicemail???

any ideas??? or should i get a replacement???

This problem has affected all UIQ3 phones to date, but is random. I would get a replacement first, but failing that you could use XS++ to debrand the phone. It could be Vodafone's own bastardised firmware having something to do with it.

I have a Vodafone W960i and I haven't had any issues with my phone apart from having to acclimatise to UIQ 3.0. Many odd things happened in the first 2 weeks.

Eventually things went a lot smoother and we came to an understanding

So far the bug that I encountered is the touch screen.

At times when I use my stylus to write at point A, suddenly there is a line shoot across from point A to point B when my stylus is still at point A.
