I have a CID49 K750 although I do not know of any way to downgrade the phone to either CID36 k750 software or CID36 W800 software.

I was just interested to know if anyone here had any idea if this was possible and if so how this would be done because if it is possible it makes a lot more patches available to me and also makes far with SEFP plugin a lot easier to use

Alright then, thanks for your reply

I guess now I will flash to w800 and try and find some decent patches for the CID49 version although most patches appear to be for CID36, unless it is possible to convert them?

That should be fine, you can flash it with CID 49.

Thanks again for helping, but just two more questions if you don't mind

Where can I find all files for reflashing to w800

And, are there any good patches for the cid49 version of the w800

Thanks

I've just registered for topsony so I am 2 months and 20 posts away from downloading there lol I'll have a quick search over at se-nse too

My firmware is r1ca021 although there aren't many patches for the cid49 version over at topsony. Can cid36 patches be converted for cid49 in any way?

I have always assumed that patches are CID dependant as well as firmware dependant but is this correct or does CID not affect the patches?
