I have installed PC Suite for Smartphones but I can't get the phone connection to work in Normal mode, just in File transfer mode. The computer doesn't find the phone with USB or BT.
m-Router is connected.
What can I do?

You probably already do this but just in case this info helps...
When I run Sony Ericsson PC Suite for Smartphones with the USB cable connected I can change between Fast file transfer and Normal mode on the W960i by pressing the USB icon in the status bar and selecting the desired connection. This causes Sony Ericsson PC Suite for Smartphones to alternately switch between fast and normal modes without me having to touch my PC.
