Hi,

Due to increased problems with general k850, ESATO forum should,
from solidarity to some of his users, make an opinion about this matter
-
"As seen, most ESATO forum users who own k850, getting more and more feeling that they got owned by SE and don't recommend to
buy k850".

As I can see, the issues with this phone is only among advanced
phone user (lollipop suckers are too blinded of its beauty and do not get it)
and I'm not sharing this view point that at minority's can be stepped on.
So this should be our, advanced users, bite back !

Make it as sticky warning post for all (also for SE).

(P.S. I like my phone ...)

@as2

@thread starter, agreed with you about your opinion but there is no use of doing as you suggested due same opinion people make just by reading 'fw overview' that is no use to be a sticky as numbers of complaints already keep it at the very top. Animate yourself mate, in a different topic

@as2 please explain what is "advanced phone user", is there some other purpose than making calls / internet / games / camera ETC ETC....? it's a telephone FFS! hugely snobby post suggesting "lolly pop suckers" do not know how to use it? it comes with a manual that everyone should read, but let's say, all the new SE phones are intuitive for everyone including "lolly pop suckers" & all these phones don't offer much great anyway, yet K850 is still an improvement on the 800, the 810 etc... you do know that NO phone is meant to be perfect don't you!? it's because they want repeat sales, or, just good enough for you / us to come back for more. seems ok to me. it's merely a question of wether they make better models than competitors. all your choice at the end of the day.

imo if u really want to buy a phone on release date without faffying around with firmware updates buy a samsung as everytime i bought one i never had to do firmware updates from it being buggy lol it just works, i had nokias and sony and both a buggy softwares at the start.

k850 ok for general use once a few more firmware updates r out it be perfect.

well i normally wait half to a year (due to finances or just that my current phone ain't broke yet) before going for "new" models. most technology has teething troubles to start with, any that don't, well they're lucky! but some people just want the latest straight away, you know, this is "lolly pop suckers" mentallity (imo), want it straight away (mummy), latest fashion....

and i also wander about these people wanting the latest firmwares, just for the sake of it. it's a geeks addiction. sometimes i think, "ooh, new firmware, download this & that", but then i think i should defo get out more.

i used to do this with phones with no expandable memory (unlock, change f/ware, delete unwanted stuff / debrand - 'cos i needed to. SE phones have tonnes of memory, so that would fit in the category of messing with it for the sake of it.

No ,no, no !
This topic is not about K850i alone - it's about power of this forum and community in it!

I'm this "sucker" who got blinded by its beauty.
I'm this advanced user who can make panic in right places
so that some people start working faster for my phone.
If there is no pressure there will be no improvements -
if you sit quietly in the corner and just wait a year, no one
will make you phone better.
They got you money, get what they promised to deliver !
