I have just purchases a K850i and am unable to upgrate its firmware OTA or via SEUS.

This is the firmware details of my current phone -

It keep prompting that there is no update available. Called Sony Customer service and they said I have to bring it down ?

Experts , can you please advise ? I really do not wanna go the route of bringing it down to the service centre... shugssssssssssssss

For the time being, SEUS always prompts the message "Update Not Available", even for my CDA. I used to be able to update mine the other day, but now I just can't. I guess SEUS server is updating the files. You'd better wait several days for the completion.

When you say CDA, do you mean the portion under Customizations ? I recall seeing "CDA" on my k800i but not on K850i though at the service screen. But then what does CDA actually mean? Is it somethign specific to different batches of phones ??

Do you think I should just wait it out ? I don't want to bring this thing down to the Sony Ericsson Centre though.. its too much of hassle. Flashing firmwares there takes around 1 day leadtime and thats too much of waiting time..... grrr this is a little frustrating.......
