Hello fellow HBH-DS970 users (and other similar headsets for that matter)

what sort of battery life do you get from your headset with constant music playback? Mine only seems to last about 4.5hours which is somewhat disappointing compared to the 7hrs I think SE quotes.

Interesting, I wonder if the battery in mine is on it's way out?

Anyone else?

My DS980 is really poor - maybe 3 hours tops! Not good - I 'm thinking of returning it....

Just out of interest do you guys keep pressing the buttons. And do you have the volume on max. I just got a ds980 and so far 3+ hours with 1/3 battery depleted.

I listen music with HBH-DS980 connected to K800:
for 2,5 h work - 1/3 baterry down. ( battery life - may be 7 h or 7,5 h non-stop work ).

Don't estimate from 1/3 use as mine stays showing only a small depletion for quite a while but then uses the remaining life much quicker.

I use mine near full volume most of the time, two steps down from the top.
