I just want some information for as I go to a SE servicepoint.
Yesterday I had used my phone in the afternoon for almost half an hour. The rest of the day I kept it in my pocket of my jeans. When I went to bed I got it out of my pocket and I wanted to sea what the remaining stand-by time was (did I need to charge it or not for the next day), but it only showed me the time, and I wasn't able to release the keyboard. I disconnected the battery and tried again to start the phone and so on, but I couldn't enter the pincode. i just recharged it, and this morning I was able to start the phone and enter the pincode. But later on I wasn't able to release the keyboard, and after several disconnected batteries, I also wasn't able to start the phone. When i was trying to enter the pincode, I noticed that my yes button didn't work, when I used the 'c' key to correct a number there stayed a star on the screen, like there still was something entered. And when I wanted to see the status screen, you can use the volume button on the left side of the phone to scroll down, but it didn't work anymore.
Now my question: Could this be a software bug (I use R5D007) or is it some hardware problem.
If there are more people who had this problem, please inform me about some details what happened or how it has been solved.

did your phone work ok before you had it upgraded? if so then its definitely a SW problem.

It definitely worked OK after the upgrade for about 2 weeks. But it seems that the keys don't work anymore or the keyboard stays locked.
