Hi!

I received a Martin Field Screen Protector for my K850i today.

I have numbered the protectors,

I know where 2,3,4 and 5 but I am feeling a bit stupid because I can't think where 1 goes..!

Clean answers only please

It goes on the small section above the screen around the speaker and video call camera

I don't see much point to having a protector there, perhaps that's why you couldn't work it out?

Muhummad-Oli!!

Thanks! Your description is very clear and yes, I can see now!

Now to get all of the fingerprints off the K850i and apply these !

if four goes to xenon flash then why five is one piece and it doesn't have hole for it or the light sensor?

Let us know how you find it, Ofiaich. I bought one when I first got my K850. The front screen shield was reasonably good, but I found the rear so bad (poor cutting, didn't quite fit, air bubbles that were impossible to get rid of) that I didn't use it. The worst £10 I ever spent.

Hi!

@mariozlp

I don't know the answer to your question !

@Sebby

ok I had a good nap and am wide awake now ! I will wash my hands, wash the K850i, wash the cat. .......

Thenn attempt a super clean install of the protectors.

I also have a Black K850i Silicone Case...

Not sure if that is a good idea or not, because it will hide the nice design of the K850i

Report back later......

Hi!

I fitted 1,2,3 and 4 as in my picture above, but I could not get the back protector to fit without lots of bubbles and lines!

So I gave up for now !

I have put the black silicon cover on ,,,,,, and I am not sure what to make of it!! I wonder whether it is better to carry a cloth and give the K850i a good wipe whenever needed !

I've had mine almost since release, dont use any kind of cover even though its stuffed in my pocket or bag most of the time and it hasnt a mark on it.
I guess it all boils down to how careful you are and how patient or fussy you are at keeping it clean.
A good old rub on my thigh does it for me LOL, seriously K850i is a pain to keep grease free.

What does the black cover look like ? does it spoil the look and is it matt ?

I'm glad it's not just me then. For a premium product at a premium price, I found it highly disappointing.

Hi Larry68!

I guess you will say the silicon cover looks disgusting...

@Sebby

I washed my hands, took loads of time, and was not happy with the result. As you can see from the photo, the silicon cover isn't cool either....
